I always been very happy with all treatment given to all my animals wether it's been a emergency or just a routine check up. When I'm there I can feel that all staff here really care for the animals they see.

Great place to take your pets for great care😁😁🙌🏽🙌🏽

Oakdale Veterinary Surgery

8 Central Square, Peterborough PE2 8RH, UK – 01733 340021

Surgery may well be basic but then I'm only here for the welfare of my dog & not to sit in a swanky room. Previously used Broadway Vets but when they idly advised our cat had Cancer with little empathy we took a 2nd opinion at Oakdale, after a check over Anna took some tweezers & removed a large grass dart from the cats ear canal, our cat was with us a further 10 years. Treated our JRT for 15 years & always with care, despite him being a grumpy sod at times. Always the best of care & advice & have never left feeling shafted regards costs unlike others that seem to use the love of the animal to shoe horn additional money from you.

We have been using Oakdale Vets for over 25 years & haven't had any cause to complain about anything! The staff are excellent, very caring, efficient & knowledgeable & the vet, Anna Nicholas is so dedicated to animals it's astounding! The fees are affordable & no treatment is offered or undertaken without the best interests of the animal being the most important consideration. All profits are obviously invested back on animal treatment rather than swanky premises, comfortable waiting rooms with all amenities & flashy uniforms! This is a practice where animals come first in every case!

Broadway Veterinary Hospital

158 Broadway, Peterborough PE1 4DG, UK – 01733 552318

Our dog swallowed an ibuprofen tablet on a Sunday morning. Our own vet’s emergency line didn’t work so after ringing another vet in the area I was given this number. They couldn’t have been kinder to us or our dog. She was taken away for immediate treatment and kept under observation until the evening when we picked her up after the blood test results came back as normal. I wish we lived in Peterborough - the vet and the staff were great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The surgery closed at 7pm last night but they were understanding and kind enough to allow me to pick up a collar and lead that my family had left behind. Their beloved Lucy was put to sleep and in the emotions of it all they drove home without her things - they don't live in Peterborough. The surgery opened their doors to me after hours to allow me to collect her things and could not have been more understanding. The family of Lucy are grateful for this gesture.
